Aaliyah Dana Haughton burst into fame in 1994, after she debuted her first album Age Ain't Nothing More Than A number. She was only 15 at the time and the album went on to become Gold. The collaboration was heavily inspired by R. Kelly, and put the singer in the spotlight. The actress also appeared in a variety of commercials, including Volvo and other major automobile brand names.
